I am a career educator with over 20 years experience.

After several years in leadership as a middle school principal, I’ve returned to my first love - teaching math. My math teaching philosophy, built over fifteen years in the classroom and in graduate work in math leadership, is that children are entitled to math experiences that are inviting, challenging and enriching. I believe that given rich authentic problems, and the confidence to explore them, all learners can leverage their innate curiosity and intelligence to be successful.
